Q. How much is the deposit?

A. There is a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total amount required at the time of booking, with the full amount due 28 days prior to arrival.

Q. Are there any other charges?

A. Damage to the property or fittings will need to be paid for prior to departure, and our management agency at La Hacienda de Mijas Golf will require credit card details on arrival to secure against any accidents.

Q. Is the resort "Child-friendly"?

A. The apartments are of a luxury design, and are situated in a safe and secure complex with a video entry system in use. There are children's areas, 2 main swimming pools, 2 children's pools, gardens and tennis courts which are only accessible by residents.

Q. Can the rental period start on a day other than Saturday?

A. Possibly, but it will depend on other bookings.

Q. Is smoking permitted in the apartment?

A. No, the apartment is non-smoking, but smoking is permitted on the patio area.
