The apartment is elegantly designed, fully furnished and equipped to a high specification. It's situated on the second floor of a secure gated complex at La Hacienda de Mijas Golf and has both lift and stair access to all levels. The large central area of the complex consists of two swimming pools, tennis courts and plenty of room for relaxation.

The fully air-conditioned 3 bedroom apartment is capable of sleeping 6 people and comprises of 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, two bathrooms (1 en suite). It has a fully fitted kitchen with an oven, refrigerator and washing machine.

There is a video entry system to the apartment and the underground garage area has automatic entrance doors with remote control and key. The comfortable lounge / dining area is equipped with both a TV and DVD player, and leads out onto a small patio overlooking the local area.

A friendly local restaurant, convenience store and a couple of local bars are all within a few minutes of the apartment and caters for the majority of day to day needs, but the larger supermarkets are only a short 5 minute drive away in Fuengirola.
